About Kay

Kay’s been cooking and baking from scratch for years now. It began when her oldest developed several food sensitivities. She began to bake bread and create meals from scratch as part of her health journey to avoid all the junk used during processing.

With her kids flying the nest, she’s turned her love of teaching towards being a coach for anyone beginning their cooking journey. We all start somewhere and she wants to help others getting started.
