French toast is very quick and easy to make. I’ve included a video for this one because it’s not something I measure exactly, it’s just done to look the way I think it should.
You’ll Need:
- sliced bread
 - egg
 - pure vanilla extract
 - ground cinnamon
 - ground cloves
 - ground nutmeg
 - pure maple syrup
 
Quick tips:
- You can use whatever bread you wish, brioche is a soft, sweet, egg bread that makes for a fantastic french toast
 - Egg to bread ratio is 1:1, so two slices of french toast used 2 eggs
 - Use something to grease the pan! This egg mixture will stick to a pan and tear your french toast
 - Once your french toast hits the pan, watch for the wetness to disappear and you’ll know the french toast is ready to flip
 - You can always flip your french toast over to make the sides darker
 - If you love eggnog, substitute the egg and milk, using only eggnog
