This chipotle mayo is a delicious condiment for so many things! I use it on our homemade hoagie sandwiches, pork chops, and salmon.
Depending on how spicy you like things, add some more chipotle powder or even cayenne powder.
Dry seasonings do soak up moisture! If you add quite a bit, you will need to balance that with more lime juice or even milk. It’s best to let the chipotle mayo rest for a few hours before adding moisture to you desired consistency.

This quick condiment goes well with many dishes!

- 3 Tablespoons Southwest Chipotle Mrs. Dash
- 2 teaspoons chipotle powder
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 dash salt

Instructions
- Mix all your ingredients into a storage container. It won't look very orange yet, it needs time to come together in the fridge.1.5 cups mayonnaise, 3 Tablespoons Southwest Chipotle Mrs. Dash, 2 teaspoons chipotle powder, 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice, 1 dash salt
- Put into fridge in a sealed container for the flavors to come together, maybe 2-3 hours. Best if set overnight.

Notes
If you really want this spicy, add a little cayenne powder to the mix.
If you don’t really care for spice, don’t add the chipotle powder.
