Instructions
Mix all your ingredients into a storage container. It won't look very orange yet, it needs time to come together in the fridge.
1.5 cups mayonnaise,
3 Tablespoons Southwest Chipotle Mrs. Dash,
2 teaspoons chipotle powder,
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice,
1 dash salt
Put into fridge in a sealed container for the flavors to come together, maybe 2-3 hours. Best if set overnight.
Depending on how much seasoning you used, you may need to add milk, 1 Tablespoon at a time, until the chipotle mayo is the consistency you desire.
1/4 cup milk (optional)
Notes
If you really want this spicy, add a little cayenne powder to the mix.
If you don't really care for spice, don't add the chipotle powder.
