Cabbage Soup

Are you looking for a soup that is both hearty and healthy? I have a great option that hits both!

Born from my family’s dislike of steamed cabbage rolls, this cabbage soup quickly became a family favorite. This soup is ALWAYS on the menu after a long trip and helps us to fix that nasty travel gut. I’ve taken this soup to friends who are sick or those who have just had a baby. One friend said:

After the newness of having a newborn at home and the craze that ensues, Kay’s Cabbage Soup was so comforting and warming to the soul on a chilled evening. It was so so delicious and filling. I loved every bite and was sad when it was gone!

So whether you are looking for a way to work cabbage into your routine, or searching for a healthy meal your kids will eat, this cabbage soup will warm your tummy and soul.
